Who am I?
I’m Kate - 23, based in Bournemouth, and honestly at my happiest when I’m standing in a crowd waiting for the lights to drop. Live music is the thing I look forward to the most, and this blog is where I get to talk about it without annoying everyone around me.
What's my concert style?
I’m a barricade girl. If I’m going to a show, I’m going early. I love being right at the front where you can see everything - the expressions, the interactions, the tiny moments you miss from the back.
What's my favourite part of any gig?​
The support act. I love walking in not knowing who’s about to step on stage and walking out with a new artist added to my playlist. There’s something special about seeing someone win over a crowd in real time.
do i travel for concerts?​
Yep. If the lineup is worth it, I’ll get on a train, a coach, whatever.

do i travel for concerts?
100%! I’m always up for a little adventure if it means seeing an artist I love and i do love to travel. I’ve travelled for gigs and I’m more than happy to make a trip out of it — whether that’s a short journey or heading somewhere completely new. If there’s a concert I really want to see, I’ll find a way to get there!
best part of the concert?
Honestly, it’s the whole experience for me. I love the queuing beforehand, chatting to people and making new friends who are just as excited as I am. I also love the opening of a concert because that feeling of anticipation and excitement when you finally see the artist is unbeatable. And then there’s the ending — I love that moment when you realise just how much you’ve loved the show and you’re already thinking about when you can do it all over again. For me, it’s the excitement before, the magic during, and that feeling afterwards that makes a concert so special.
who am i?
I’m Tilly, based in Derry. I suffer with anxiety, but music has always been something that makes me feel happy, alive, and completely myself. It’s the one thing I truly love and the place where I feel most connected.
That’s why we created ConcertWorld — a space to share our love of concerts, meet new people, make friends, discover amazing artists, and get more involved in the music world. For me, it’s about bringing people together through something that means so much to me.
whats my concert style?
I’m also a barricade girlie! I love getting there early and being right at the front, where I can really connect with the artist and their team. I’m not afraid to show my emotions, sing my heart out, dance like nobody’s watching, and just have an absolute rocking time. For me, being at the barricade is all about feeling part of the moment and making memories that last long after the show is over.
